Located in a quiet area, it provided a peaceful retreat while being just an 8-minute walk from the lively Latin Quarter, filled with great restaurants like Kings Head and McDonagh's, where we enjoyed traditional fish and chips. One highlight was the breakfast. My family loved the pancakes, which were delicately prepared and delightful. The sunny kitchen offered a lovely garden view, creating a nice atmosphere for the morning. My child, under six, found the cozy room to be a perfect fit for our family, allowing for a relaxed stay. The hosts were helpful and offered assistance in finding local attractions, which made our explorations simpler. The accommodation is well-maintained, and we appreciated the included parking, making travel less of a hassle. Given the combination of convenience, friendly service, and family-oriented features, I would consider Ash Grove a solid option for families visiting Galway. We would certainly stay there again if back in the area.
